Job summary

Henkel in Seabrook, NH is hiring for an entry-level production associate in the Adhesive Technologies unit. You will operate, set up and adjust production equipment, monitor quality and output, and perform packaging and labeling to meet shop orders.

The role requires a high school diploma and the ability to work 1st shift (6:00 am–2:30 pm, Monday–Friday), with overtime as needed. Training, safety PPE and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Able to work 1st shift 6:00 am–2:30 pm, Monday–Friday.
  • Passing of standardized cognitive company test(s).
  • Ability to work required overtime to meet business goals.
  • Proper training, protective equipment and instruction for safety practices will be provided.
  • Able to perform the responsibilities and duties of the position.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate, set up, and adjust production equipment according to standard procedures and manufacturing specifications.
  • Monitor product quality and production output, identifying defects and addressing issues to maintain standards.
  • Perform packaging tasks including assembling cartons, filling products, labeling, and ensuring quantities meet shop order requirements.
  • Maintain accurate daily production records and communicate any current or potential production issues to leadership.
  • Support overall production goals by coordinating with team members and adjusting equipment as needed.

What you´ll do

The hourly payrange for this role is $22.00. This range reflects the good‑faith minimumand maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for thisposition at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt,and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state,and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position maybe eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms ofcompensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers acomprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation willdepend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training,certifications, and work location.
