Iron Heart Canning Company LLC seeks a Packaging Technician to lead daily canning runs and troubleshoot day-to-day issues. The role requires strong mechanical skills, ability to operate a canning line, depalletizer, labeler, and nitrogen doser, with clear communication to customers and team members.

Flexibility in schedule and a willingness to work long hours are essential. A high school diploma is required, and nitrogen-related certifications are necessary; some experience with craft beverages

Formación

• Nitrogen certifications required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4-year college degree preferred but not required.
• 1–2 years of packing machine operator experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshooting and escalation.
• Understands minimizing dissolved oxygen under various conditions.
• New SOP awareness and adherence.
• Canning line setup and cleaning.
• Machine repair.
• Performs jobs unsupervised with a Tech I or II.
• Seamer understanding and minor adjustments.
• Communicates run and issues with customer.
• Communicate with other employees and gives direction as needed.
• Canning line maintenance days.
• Previous duties as needed.
