Job summary

Iron Heart Canning is seeking a Packaging Technician to set up and break down equipment, perform CIP procedures, and operate the canning line. This full-time role includes hands-on training and progression opportunities within a growing mobile canning team.

Starting pay is $20 per hour with benefits, including paid time off, holidays, and comprehensive health insurance. Positions require physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy pallets and operate heavy packaging machinery onsite.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4-year college degree preferred but not required.
• One year of packing machine operator experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Transport and set up heavy equipment to/from canning runs.
• Operate and maintain the canning line and related equipment.
• Perform routine quality and sanitation checks.
• Keep equipment clean and in Iron Heart Canning standards.
• Coordinate with other technicians and brewery staff.
