Job summary

Stryker Corporation in Mahwah, NJ is seeking a detail-oriented manufacturing associate to perform routine, manual tasks with accuracy and maintain product integrity in a controlled environment.

You will handle CTB and labeling for Gamma and Gas Plasma products, uphold 6S, Quality, and Safety standards, and participate in continuous improvement through data collection and problem solving. This role supports GMP compliance and SOP adherence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent, Preferred.
• Manufacturing Experience Preferred.
• Ability to sit/stand for long periods of time, lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appropriate gowning requirements, such as hair nets, beard covers, and gloves.
• Follow proper procedures to ensure a controlled environment and product integrity.
• Perform Content to Box (CTB) and labelling for Gamma and Gas Plasma products.
• Maintain 6S, Quality, and Safety standards.
• Engage with continuous improvement activities, including problem identification, data collection, and suggesting improvements.
• Conduct visual inspections and ensure compliance with policies and procedures related to Managing Daily Improvement (MDI), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Quality Management Systems (QMS), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
