Qualifications

• Expérience de plus de 3 ans en supervision dans le secteur pharmaceutique.
• Connaissance des Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication (BPF).

Responsibilities

• Superviser une équipe de 20-25 employés sur plusieurs lignes de production.
• Assurer la conformité avec les Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication.
• Former et développer les compétences des employés.

As part of our distributed team, what you do contributes directly to our mission. Our company seeks a Team Leader, Packaging who will own the daily oversight of clinical products processed through primary and secondary packaging operations. This role requires attention to details, the ability to harmonise with all levels of the organization, thee desire to provide hands on coaching and mentoring of staff, communicate both verbally and written, and collaborate with cross-functional groups. They will also demonstrate and promote the company vision of the 4 I’s.

A day in the Life:

• As the Operations Team Leader, you will lead 20-25 employees working on multiple production lines in a clinical pharmaceutical manufacturing/packaging environment. You will apply Good Manufacturing Principles in all areas of responsibility.
• Lead- Measure team, individual, and process performance. Set goals and hold team, individuals, and self-accountable for all actions.
• Develop – Champion your employees’ education and personal development. Provide opportunities for growth and exposure. Train, empower, encourage and grow the workforce.
  
  

Keys to Success:

Education

• A four-year, Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Management, Engineering or scientific field.
  
  

Experience

• This would include 3+ years of supervisory and pharmaceutical packaging and/or pharmaceutical industry or FDA experience
• Clinical or pharmaceutical packaging experience preferred
  
  

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Stand continuously (95%-100%)
• Walk frequently (50% - 79%)
  
  

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

• Lift and or carry the max of 50 pounds frequently (50%-79%)
