This role involves leading and coordinating packaging operations, including filling, capping, torquing, and labeling in an ISO 13485 environment. The position requires completing packaging documentation in accordance with FDA, ISO, and GMP standards, and delivering products into inventory.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee packaging operations from bulk pumping to small-scale filling, including filtration and aseptic techniques.
• Provide guidance and training to packaging staff.
• Lead shift in the absence of the supervisor and serve as Emergency Response Team Member.
• Ensure timely completion of production schedules and accurate documentation.
• Support quality systems, troubleshoot equipment, and lead process improvement projects.
• Participate in safety activities and maintain compliance with ISO standards.

Physical Attributes

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical activities required for packaging tasks.
• Work environment may include exposure to moving parts, chemicals, and noise.

Qualifications

Minimum: High School Diploma or GED; 3+ years in chemical packaging, manufacturing, or lab experience.

Preferred: Scientific coursework, experience with ISO/GMP, leadership skills, technical troubleshooting, and computer proficiency.
