RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise 5-10 employees
• Maintain strong attention to detail, focusing on machine time intervals and quality control
• Monitor, control, maintain, and regulate system variables
• Follow workflow procedures to meet specifications and deadlines
• Stand during the entire shift
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have supervisor experience
• Experience operating manufacturing machinery required
• Brewer or CBD processor experience is a plus
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a production environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must speak English
