Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED or 5 years of equivalent work history.
• Minimum 2 years’ manufacturing experience with increasing responsibility in a similar industry preferred.
• Knowledge of cGMPs, safety practices, and production goals is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of safety and participate in monthly safety meetings and PPE usage.
• Lead others, solve production issues related to quality and operations while meeting deadlines.
• Mentor and develop team members to enable cross-training on equipment and processes.
• Drive KPIs including OEE, schedule adherence, and changeovers.
• Identify losses and drive continuous improvement to boost throughput and yield.
• Lead root-cause problem solving and ensure timely corrective actions.
