Job summary

Pratt Industries, Inc. is seeking a senior sales leader to develop and monitor machine sales and non-corrugated products for the Southwest Converting division.

You will collaborate with management, the current sales force, tech reps and designers to grow our non-corrugated sales. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, coaching staff and expanding major accounts, while ensuring quality and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Four year College Degree or equivalent work history in the industry.
• Ten years of selling experience, preferably in the packaging industry.

Responsibilities

• Monitor market changes and recommend equipment, product mix, and inventory changes as needed.
• Educate, develop, and motivate sales staff. Actively entertain and engage customers by traveling with the sales staff.

• Maintain customer contact with all major accounts.
• Prepare annual budget and sales forecasts as needed.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Additional duties as assigned by management.
