Job summary

Tilray Brands, Inc. in Atlanta is seeking a packaging associate to operate and maintain high-speed filling equipment on our bottle/can/keg lines. You will ensure product quality and keep the line clean while working with a team in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires lifting up to 75 lbs, basic computer skills and strong verbal communication. Prior beverage or food packaging experience is preferred and reliable transportation is a must.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience with high-speed filling equipment (Krones, KHS) and CIP processes.
• Operational experience with beverage filling.
• Capable of lifting and carrying 75 lbs.
• Candidates must demonstrate self-management, organization, problem solving, attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Basic computer skills and excellent verbal communication.
• Prefer experience in the food/beverage industry.
• Reliable transportation to/from work.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot and clean filling equipment on bottle/can/keg lines.
• Ensure product quality through visual inspection and QA checks.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment and work as part of a team.
• Support continuous improvement to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
