Job summary

Leprino in Lubbock operates a state-of-the-art facility with about 600+ staff and seeks a Production Supervisor (Packaging). You will lead hourly workers in the Packaging Department, ensuring product quality, safety and efficient production each shift.

Plan daily staffing to hit goals, mentor team members, and partner with maintenance and quality to keeps lines moving. This role requires weekend and overnight shifts, a related bachelor’s degree, and 5+ years in food manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in food manufacturing with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Experience with packaging systems and equipment troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with SAP or similar manufacturing software.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly staff in the Packaging Department to ensure quality, safety and efficiency.
• Plan daily staffing to meet production goals while maintaining a safe environment.
• Coach and develop team members through training and feedback.
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to ensure timely repairs and compliance.
