Theuniversityunion is seeking a hands-on supervisor to oversee the packaging line, provide quality training, and drive daily efficiency while fostering a positive team culture.

You will ensure high-quality packing, accuracy of shipments, and daily completion of sanitation checklists, while coaching and developing team members. This full-time role offers benefits and a collaborative environment where safety, reliability and continuous improvement are valued.

Description

Oversee and manage all aspects of the packaging line by providing quality training to your team and ensuring efficiency of the packaging process.
