Vorex Packaging, a remote-first packaging studio serving the USA and Canada, seeks a part-time coordinator to handle quotes and order coordination. You’ll respond to quote requests, gather order requirements, and move proofs between customers, designers, and production partners.

The role is fully remote with US Eastern business hours. Applicants should have experience in customer service or packaging sales support, be highly organized, and communicate clearly in English.

About Vorex Packaging

Vorex Packaging is a custom packaging studio for brands in the USA and Canada, with offices in Abingdon, MD and Brampton, ON. Customers tell us what they sell and how it ships; our specialists handle the quote, place the artwork on the dieline and send a digital proof. Nothing prints until the customer approves it. Our production partner then prints, converts and ships the order. We make mailer boxes, folding cartons, rigid gift boxes, bags, labels and other printed packaging.

The role

Our specialists are the people customers talk to. You reply to quote requests from the website, make sure we have everything needed to price and produce the order, and keep each digital proof moving between the customer, our designer and our production partner. Part-time, on US Eastern hours.

What you will do

• Fully remote. You work from home anywhere in the United States.
• Contract work: you invoice us for the work you do; this is not an employee position with benefits.
• Work arrives with real customer orders, so volume moves with demand. We tell you honestly how much there is.
• We talk in writing (email and shared files) with a few hours of overlap with US Eastern time.
