Job summary

You will operate select equipment, verify counts, and maintain accurate records in our ERP system. This hands-on role requires adherence to safety procedures and teamwork to meet production goals.

The position is full-time, hourly, with a daytime schedule and occasional overtime. Benefits include wage increases, health coverage, 401(k), and paid time off after a probation period.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 months of job-related experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings.
• Ability to read basic English and perform basic math, including reading a tape measure.
• Knowledge of safety rules, OSHA, and department procedures including Lockout/Tagout.

Responsibilities

• Package finished goods and move parts between pallets.
• Verify material counts match labeled quantities.
• Operate powered industrial equipment with required certification (tow motor, overhead crane).
• Build wood pallets for outbound shipments to specification.
• Enter data in ERP system and manage labels.
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures on every shift.
