Job summary

Ridge Corporation is hiring a Material Handler in Frazeysburg, OH to keep materials moving through our manufacturing plant. You’ll place materials, stage for production, and move finished goods to storage or shipment, working with production, purchasing, shipping, and receiving teams.

This hands-on, hourly role requires standing most of the shift, operating material handling equipment, and maintaining safety and 5S standards. We offer benefits after 30 days and wage increase opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Ability to read and understand basic English and perform basic math.
• Clear verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated approach to the work.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment and RF scanners to move and stage materials.
• Unload, load, and stage product receipts; replenish machine centers for production.
• Stock and organize inventory; conduct cycle counts and inspections.
• Follow safety policies and 5S standards; collaborate with production, purchasing, shipping, and receiving.
