Job summary

Wyld seeks a Packaging Support team member in Oregon (Clackamas) to efficiently package inventory, label, bag and box products while upholding safety and quality standards. You will perform visual inspections and report issues to supervisors in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires at least 6 months in packaging, English communication, and basic math. Candidates must pass background checks and obtain any state permits; occasional travel between sites is possible.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience in production/packaging environment
• Experience in fast-paced work environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Google, Slack; Jira a plus
• English communication (verbal and written)
• Basic math (add/sub/multiply/divide)
• Occasional travel between buildings/sites
• Background checks and state permits expected

Responsibilities

• Package product inventory efficiently
• Keep work area clean, organized and safe
• Perform basic visual quality inspections
• Maintain QA/QC standards during shifts
• Work well with others in high-pressure situations
• Communicate information and respond to questions
• Report damaged or unsatisfactory product/equipment
• Note discrepancies in quantities or quality
• Perform other related duties as requested
