Job summary

Wyldcanna is seeking a Packaging Support team member to efficiently package inventory while upholding quality and safety standards. You will count, label, assemble, bag, and box items, perform basic visual inspections, and report issues to supervisors.

You’ll help keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe and collaborate with a fast-paced team. The role requires attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and adherence to Wyldcanna’s core values and safety policies.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of related experience in a production or packaging environment.
• Experience in a high urgency, fast-paced work environment.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Google, Slack; Jira or similar.
• Must communicate in English, both verbal and written.
• Basic math: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Occasional travel between buildings/sites.

Responsibilities

• Package product inventory efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work area.
• Perform basic visual quality inspections on products.
• Uphold high QA/QC standards during shifts.
• Collaborate with team in high-pressure situations.
• Communicate information and respond to questions across levels.
• Report damaged or unsatisfactory products or equipment to supervisors.
• Note discrepancies in quantities or quality of product.
• Perform other related duties as requested by supervisors.
