Job summary

Holistic Health Group is seeking a Packaging Technician to package flower products both by hand and with automated equipment. You will work in a fast-paced production area focused on safety, sanitation, and accuracy to meet daily goals.

The role requires 1+ year of relevant experience, computer literacy, and strong teamwork, communication, and reliability. Full-time position with potential overtime and adherence to SOPs and CCC regulations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant work experience.
• Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Can-do attitude, reliable, team player.
• Excellent communications skills for internal teams.
• Flexible, adaptable with a sense of urgency and problem solving.
• Over 21 with MA agent registration card ability.
• Meet minimum physical requirements for production environment.

Responsibilities

• Package flower products accurately and effectively.
• Operate automated equipment and ensure daily production goals.
• Maintain sanitary and organized work areas.
• Oversee product quality and report issues to management.
• Produce quality labels for packaged items when required.
• Maintain attendance and reliable timekeeping.
• Communicate between packaging, kitchen and other departments.
• Assist with gathering daily production materials and inventory.
• Meet daily output targets; escalate if goals are at risk.
