Responsibilities

• Follow daily packaging schedules to meet quality and efficiency goals.
• Ensure all tools and packaging components are in good working order before each shift.
• Perform packaging, labeling, and data reporting with attention to quality and safety.
• Operate, clean, calibrate, and maintain equipment per SOPs.
• Maintain training documentation and assist with harvest tasks as needed.
• Crosstrain with packing and cultivation teams when required.
• Transport products to inventory areas and ensure safe handling.
