Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC in Waunakee, WI is hiring a Packaging Specialist to operate bottle lines, canning lines and packaging systems in a new facility. You will perform changeovers, collect data, and monitor quality to keep lines running smoothly.

The role offers a 4-day work week with 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM shifts (or 2nd shift 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM), direct hire, and a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision options.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or packaging experience.
• Prior experience with machine operation and quality control preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate bottle lines, canning lines, variety packaging systems, and keggers.
• Perform machine changeovers and minor preventative maintenance to keep lines running smoothly.
• Review packaging mixes based on volume metrics and log run data at your station.
• Collect product samples and take quality measurements to ensure precision.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace while following standard safety guidelines.

We are hiring a Packaging Specialist for a beverage manufacturer in Waunakee. In this role, you will operate canning, bottling, and packaging machinery while keeping production running smoothly.

• 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Role Highlights

• Pay range: $22 to $26/hr with shift differentials additional bonus structure available
• Schedule: 4-day work week (1st shift Monday through Thursday 6 AM to 4 PM, or 2nd shift Monday through Thursday 4 PM to 2 AM)
• Role type: Direct hire
