Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Associate for a growing beverage manufacturing partner in Waunakee. You will play a key part in the warehouse team by receiving inbound goods, managing inventory flow, and ensuring materials are exactly where they need to be to support production.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, a direct hire opportunity, and growth potential with a company actively expanding its operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds regularly and stand for long periods.
• Strong organizational skills and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Prior experience in distribution, beverage manufacturing, or forklift operation is a plus.
• A collaborative attitude and willingness to support the warehouse team.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify all inbound product shipments
• Identify proper warehouse storage locations for incoming goods
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts
• Process material returns and track product expiration dates
• Work safely while keeping your workspace clean and organized
