Job summary

MCC Label, a global leader in premium labels, is seeking a driven Business Development Manager in Wisconsin to prospect, qualify leads, and support the sales team in expanding MCC’s market presence in packaging solutions.

You will research potential customers, initiate outreach, schedule meetings, and demos while collaborating with Sales, R&D, and Operations to ensure customer requirements are understood and met.

Qualifications

• Experience in printing, labeling or packaging industry.
• Ability to travel 40% of the time, nationally
• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales support, or related roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits or industry events.

Responsibilities

• Represent MCC’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions.
• Identify and research potential customers and market segments; initiate outreach through calls, emails, and networking.
• Engage with prospects to understand needs and determine fit for MCC’s solutions; schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and samples; ensure smooth communication between prospects and internal teams.
• Gather and share insights on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine MCC’s offerings.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Operations to ensure customer requirements are understood and met.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and pipeline in CRM tools.
