Job summary

Cipla is seeking a Pkg. Section Head in Fall River, MA to lead packaging operations within a cGMP environment. You will oversee production planning, ensure quality targets are met, and drive continuous improvement across shifts.

The role requires 5–9 years in formulation manufacturing, strong GMP knowledge, and ability to manage resources while maintaining safety standards. Relocation and shift flexibility may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical manufacturing, industrial management or related field preferred.
• 5–9 years’ experience in formulation manufacturing with understanding of manufacturing procedures, cGMP and related documentation in a cGMP pharmaceutical operation environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control planned production to meet packaging targets and quality standards.
• Ensure GMP compliance and audit readiness through proper documentation and reviews.
• Plan and impart training on SOPs, guidelines, and policies to achieve zero non-conformance.
• Maintain safety and PPE compliance across shifts and coordinate with HSE.
