Job summary

You will manage production schedules, coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor materials, drive continuous improvement, and maintain GMP documentation. A Bachelor’s degree and 5–9 years of formulation manufacturing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in pharmaceutical manufacturing, industrial management, or related field.
• 5–9 years of formulation manufacturing experience in a cGMP environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control planned production to meet packaging targets and quality standards.
• Review production plans vs. actuals and adjust schedules to ensure timely manufacturing.
• Prepare production schedules for blocks and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Ensure availability of raw materials, reagents and solvents across shifts.
• Prepare and review GMP documents to meet regulatory compliance and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Engineering for maintenance and equipment performance to reduce downtime.
• Lead cross-functional AET meetings to improve yield, solvent recovery and reduce OOS/OOT.
