Your Opportunity

As a Packaging Consultant, you will help customers bring their products to market with packaging services & solutions. Daily activities include:

  • Generating new leads via research, networking, cold calling, and prospecting
  • Growing revenue through new business and developing existing accounts
  • Executing sales initiatives to increase sales and profitability
  • Helping clients establish sustainable packaging supply chains
  • Understanding customer requirements for packaging solutions and quotes
  • Managing projects across industries like Food, Technology, Healthcare, Automotive, and Industrial
  • Educating clients on industry innovations
  • Providing a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment

Your Background & Experience
  • Packaging experience preferred but not required
  • Associates degree or equivalent; bachelor’s preferred
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales/business development
  • Proficiency in creating presentations, quotes, proposals
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong customer relationship skills
  • Team player with multitasking ability

Compensation

The salary range is approximately $70,000 to $90,000+ annually, plus commissions and a non-accountable expense allowance. After about 2.5 years, the role shifts to 100% commission with increased rates. Actual salary varies based on experience and location. Candidates outside this range are encouraged to apply.
