Your Opportunity:

As a packaging consultant, you will assist customers in bringing their products to market through packaging services & solutions. Daily activities include:
  1. Generating new leads via research, networking, cold calling, and prospecting
  2. Growing revenue and profitability by developing new business and expanding existing accounts
  3. Executing sales initiatives to increase sales and profitability within accounts
  4. Helping clients establish sustainable packaging supply chains
  5. Understanding complex customer requirements for packaging solutions and quotes
  6. Managing customer projects across industries such as Food, Technology, Healthcare, Automotive, and Industrial
  7. Educating clients on industry innovations
  8. Working in a fast-paced environment to create positive customer experiences that foster repeat business

Your Background & Experience:

  • Packaging experience preferred but not required
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent; bachelor’s preferred
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales or business development
  • Proficiency in creating presentations, quotes, proposals, and value logs
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong customer relationship skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:

Estimated salary range: $70,000 - $90,000+ annually, plus commissions and a $7,800 expense allowance. After approximately 2.5 years, the role shifts to 100% commission with increased earning potential. Actual salary varies based on experience and location. Candidates outside this range are encouraged to apply.
