Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds continuously throughout the shift.
• Work involves continuous lifting, bending, reaching and twisting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure finished goods meet or exceed customer specifications.
• Identify and classify defects: critical, major, minor; alert operator for corrective action.
• Verify packaging parameters against specifications; perform necessary rework and cleanup.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and support housekeeping duties; assist maintenance as needed.
• Communicate findings clearly and work collaboratively to keep lines running safely.
