Qualifications

• Adhere to Silgan safety policies and procedures to prevent injury.
• Inspect finished goods to meet customer specifications and identify defects.
• Alert operators to defects for timely correction.
• Verify packaging parameters against specifications sheets.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment and follow all safety rules.
• Identify and classify defects (critical, major, minor) and communicate findings.
• Assist in line setups during startup, clear jams, and support housekeeping.
• Monitor and maintain housekeeping around machines, grinders, and lines.
• Maintain clear verbal and written communications with team members and supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures at all times.
