Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of related field experience.
• 3–5 years in production facility or industrial environment.
• Knowledge of GMP, basic lab and production safety, and SPC.
• Ability to use computers and automated equipment to enter, review, and interpret data.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Access.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze product samples at multiple production stages.
• Perform packaging quality checks and regulatory verifications.
• Operate and calibrate lab equipment; document results.
• Use SPC data to determine production continuation or adjustments.
• Investigate defects and communicate findings across teams.
• Manage product holds/releases with proper documentation.
• Conduct GMP and HACCP audits; enforce safety standards.
