Job summary

Smurfit Westrock in Fresno, CA is seeking Production Workers to support all phases of the paper and packaging production process. You will perform quality assurance checks, monitor production flow and assist with machine upkeep across three shifts (days, swing, grave), including weekends and holidays.

The role offers a starting rate of $24.06 per hour plus a comprehensive benefits package covering health, dental, vision, retirement plans, paid holidays and vacation, with opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• At least 1 year of employment or schooling (full-time or part-time) or equivalent experience.
• Availability to work all 3 shifts (days, swing, grave) including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform different phases of the production process and produce high-quality product.
• Conduct quality assurance checks during production.
• Maintain and upkeep of the machines and equipment.
