Qualifications

• 1+ year industrial plant manufacturing experience.
• Corrugated industry experience preferred.
• Sit-down forklift/pull-pack experience preferred.
• Fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
• Accurate with tape measures and rulers; strong basic shop math.
• Ability to learn quickly, follow directions and collaborate on a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate converting equipment safely and consistently.
• Count, stack, and organize finished goods.
• Read and interpret work orders, print cards, and specs.
• Apply basic shop math to verify setups and product dimensions.
• Use tape measures, gauges, and test devices to confirm conformance.
• Coordinate with teammates to set up jobs and run orders efficiently.
• Hit production and quality targets; monitor output and quality.
• Keep the work area clean and orderly during shift.
• Perform and document quality inspections and tests.
