Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in an industrial plant manufacturing environment.
• Corrugated manufacturing background preferred.
• Comfort thriving in a fast-paced setting with minimal supervision.
• Ability to read a tape measure and ruler with accuracy.
• Competence with basic shop math.

Responsibilities

• Set up with your crew and confirm specifications from work orders and print cards.
• Operate production machinery safely and follow all safety rules.
• Count, stack, and stage finished product accurately.
• Verify setup and product quality using tape measures, gauges, and test equipment.
• Coordinate with machine crew to efficiently run orders.
