Job summary

International Paper in New Castle, PA is seeking an entry-level Utility/packer to safely and efficiently pack finished goods for shipment. This role requires learning all Line processes, including rewinding/stacking, box packing, pallet stacking, and labeling.

The position is full-time, on-site, with a 5am–3pm shift from Monday through Thursday. You will work in a team, develop attention to detail, and contribute to accurate packaging and shipping operations.

Qualifications

• Must learn all processes for the Line including rewinding/stacking, box packing, proper pallet stacking and labeling.
• Must show ability to work in a team environment and maintain attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in packing finished goods for shipment.
• Count and stack products according to orders and specifications.
• Read and interpret factory orders to ensure correct packaging and labeling.
