The role requires a high school diploma, strong attention to detail, teamwork, good communication, and ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Strong communication and ability to work in a team setting.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk/bend throughout shift.
• Ability to work in hot/humid non-climate-controlled environment.
• Overtime daily and weekend shifts as required.
• Criminal background check and pre-employment physical and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, calibration and operation of manufacturing equipment.
• Monitor machine operations and production quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery.
