Job summary

The Goodkind Company, a leading maker of clean personal care products, seeks a Production Supervisor to lead a team of 4 direct reports and 40+ indirect reports in filling and packaging operations in the Austin area. You will drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery while coordinating with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and cross-functional partners.

Mid-to-senior level role requiring 3+ years in production supervision, GMP/ISO familiarity, and experience with ERP/MRP systems; strong

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in a production supervision or management role.
Familiarity with GMP and ISO 22716 guidelines.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day filling and packaging production, ensuring safety, quality, regulatory compliance, cost, and delivery objectives.
Plan and allocate labor, equipment, materials, and other resources; develop staffing and production plans.
Supervise, hire, onboard, coach, train, and develop production employees; conduct performance reviews.
Coordinate with cross-functional partners to resolve schedule interruptions and achieve on-time delivery.
Lead daily production meetings and shift handoffs to review performance and priorities.
Drive continuous improvement using 6S, Lean, Kaizen, and root-cause analysis.
