Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Experience working in food production or pet food production is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable communicating with all levels within the organization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify challenges and potential solutions.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and mentor large teams of hourly employees.
• Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks and projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations within the packaging area.
• Ensure reports and staff follow safety, GMP, and quality procedures.
• Monitor production metrics to meet quality and customer requirements.
• Oversee quality standards and address deviations promptly.
• Audit quality and safety, sharing results with the team.
• Maintain work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Coach and develop direct reports, reinforcing company values.
• Track and help manage the production budget with other supervisors.
• Interpret KPIs and yield performance for management.
