Job summary

Vytalogy Wellness, LLC is hiring a Group Lead to assist the Supervisor in daily packaging operations, promoting safety, quality, and productivity while ensuring compliance with cGMPs, SOPs, and company policies. The role includes coaching team members and tracking performance via standard metrics.

The Group Lead will help coordinate changeovers, perform equipment setup and cleaning, and maintain organized work areas for efficient production.

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma & 5S principles
• Experience with cGMP guidelines (food & beverage, medical, pharma)
• HS Diploma or GED; able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a packaging environment

Responsibilities

• Support the Supervisor in leading daily packaging operations with emphasis on safety, quality and teamwork.
• Train, cross-train, and mentor team members for productivity and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with cGMPs, SOPs, quality standards, safety policies, and documentation.
