Job summary

Vytalogy Wellness, LLC is seeking a Group Lead to support daily packaging operations on a Monday-Thursday schedule, 5pm-5:30am. You will coordinate team activities, promote safety and quality, and ensure compliance with cGMPs, SOPs, and company policies.

The role includes training staff, monitoring production metrics (OEE, Redzone), and assisting with changeovers and equipment maintenance, while maintaining organized work areas and documentation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in production or related field.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and 5S principles.
• Experience with cGMP guidelines across applicable industries.
• Desire to work in packaging and engage in all packaging steps.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and perform repetitive motions.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work in a team.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations, promoting safety, quality, teamwork and communication.
• Train and mentor team members to boost productivity and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate production activities and troubleshoot routine issues.
• Review batch records, work orders, and performance metrics (JDE, OEE, Redzone).
• Set up, operate, tear down, clean and sanitize equipment.
• Prepare and document products according to work instructions and cGMP.
• Support changeovers and sanitation to ensure readiness.
• Perform manual packing, loading, and checks according to instructions.
• Maintain organized, inspection-ready work areas via 5S and sanitation.
