Job summary

Procter & Gamble is seeking a Production Designer for the Beauty Care team in Cincinnati. The role focuses on turning concepts into print-ready artwork, with emphasis on prepress, color correction, profiling, and digital printing.

You will deliver packaging and promotional materials aligned with brand standards, while managing files and versions. Ideal candidates hold a BA/BS in Graphic Design, have 2–5 years in design adaptation or production, and can demonstrate print/digital production

Qualifications

BA/BS in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or similar.
2–5 years of full-time design adaptation or production experience, preferably in packaging.
Portfolio showing production artwork for print and digital media.
Strong prepress knowledge: color separation, trapping, substrates, etc.
Fluent in Adobe CS and Esko workflows; print production standards.

Responsibilities

Execute graphic adaptation of approved concepts across packaging, promo materials, and digital touchpoints.
Perform color work and basic artwork trapping for various print techniques and suppliers.
Maintain organized files, version control, asset libraries and production specs.
Align artwork with brand guidelines, regulatory, printing and graphic specs.
Prepare final press-ready files based on supplied specs for different printing processes.
