Job summary

Procter & Gamble in Cincinnati seeks a talented Design Delivery Expert to lead artwork development and execution across packaging for regional and global initiatives. You will collaborate with internal studios, product supply teams, and external agencies to ensure design intent and print quality.

Responsibilities include leading design planning, managing WebCenter and samples, and driving NA packaging execution from hand-off to execution. Strong PM skills and Adobe CS proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Understanding of end-to-end design process from concept to production.
• Knowledge of artwork file production, print capabilities, substrates/finishes.
• Strong project and time management skills with multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ideally Adobe CS applications.
• Excellent verbal and written business communication.
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead design planning meetings and manage execution, timing, print tests, and reviews.
• Manage WebCenter and sale samples production and related assets.
• Participate in design briefs, reviews, and cross-functional meetings.
• Develop and manage NA Design CPS from Global Hand-Off to Execution Hand-Off.
• Deliver design intent and protect Brand Identity on NA packaging.
• Collaborate with Design, Program Manager, and Initiative Leaders on NA initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve packaging execution systems and processes.
• Maintain relationships with BVE and collaborate on packaging execution.
• Create mock-ups with prototype agencies for NA packaging testing.
• Fulfill NA requests and create packcepts for reviews.
