Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Associate for the plant in Telford, PA. The role involves assisting with production equipment, loading materials, and monitoring runs to ensure quality.

You will support Ink Technicians and Machine Operators, perform safety procedures, keep accurate records, and work both independently and as part of a team on a Sunday-Thursday night schedule from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Qualifications

• Previous production, manufacturing, machine operation, or packaging experience preferred.
• Ability to work a 3rd shift schedule.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle production materials.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the operation of production and manufacturing equipment.
• Support Ink Technicians and Machine Operators with production processes.
• Load materials and monitor production runs.
• Package finished products according to specifications.
• Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met.
• Maintain accurate production records as required.
• Follow all safety procedures and work instructions.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
