PeopleShare by PROMAN is recruiting Manufacturing and Warehouse Associates for Phoenixville, PA. We have immediate openings on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts across production, assembly, machine operation, and shipping/receiving.

These roles offer hands-on experience in a clean, team-oriented warehouse environment. Responsibilities include picking and packing orders, performing shipping/receiving tasks, operating machinery, assembling products, and safely handling forklifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, production, or manufacturing preferred.
• Mechanically inclined and hands-on.
• Forklift experience is a plus (training provided).
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Solid job longevity and consistent work history.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
• Perform shipping and receiving tasks.
