Job summary

UFP Industries in Nampa, Idaho is seeking a Production Assembly Specialist. You’ll begin with a guaranteed $20/hour training rate for the first 45 days while you learn the job, equipment, quality standards, and production processes.

After training, you’ll transition to an $18+/hour base rate based on experience, plus a production incentive that can push earnings to $20+/hour based on performance. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.

• Operate hand tools, production equipment, and machinery.
• Measure, inspect, and verify your work for quality.
• Read and follow work instructions and production requirements.
• Work with your team to hit daily production goals.
• Identify issues and help keep production moving.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Learn multiple jobs and processes through cross-training.
• Follow established safety and quality standards.
