Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Packaging/Industrial role in Solon, OH focused on hands-on work with pilot plants and manufacturing facilities to advance packaging optimization, sustainability, prototyping, and vendor interactions. You will engage with Marketing, Sales, Finance and QA to embed consumer insights and Nestlé requirements across projects.

The role emphasizes speed, agility, and collaboration, with opportunities to travel to factories, lead packaging concepts, and contribute to cost-savings

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required with strong preference for Food Science/Engineering/Packaging fields.
0-3 years of product/packaging/process development in CPG preferred.
Completion Internship Program preferred

Responsibilities

Drive Packaging Optimization Strategy.
Travel to factories to manage trials and collaborate with factory staff.
Develop packaging concepts from benchtop to implementation.
Drive cost savings by eliminating non-value-added steps in systems and processes.
Partner with QA and Procurement and cross-functional teams to apply consumer feedback.
