District Cannabis LLC. is seeking a Packaging & Processing Department Head to oversee harvesting, packaging, and inventory control while ensuring MCA compliance. You will lead a high-performing team, optimize production schedules, and partner with HR on performance development.

This on-site role requires strong leadership and deep post-harvest knowledge. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in management and 2+ years in METRC/ERP, with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Pass a Federal and State criminal history background check.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience; 3+ years in post-harvest operations preferred.
• 2+ years of METRC and ERP experience.
• 2+ years of data entry experience.
• Excellent leadership skills and integrity.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee harvesting, bucking, drying, and curing per SOPs.
• Maintain MCA compliance and company standards.
• Lead and train a high-performing team and manage scheduling.
• Monitor safety and quality, track performance, and report progress.
• Ensure inventory accuracy in METRC and outbound delivery.
• Coordinate with HR for performance evaluations and development.
