Job summary

King City Gardens in Cincinnati, OH seeks a Post-Harvest Supervisor to lead drying, curing, trimming, and packaging while ensuring METRC traceability and regulatory compliance.

You will manage a team of Dry Room Leads and Packaging Specialists, coordinate with Cultivation and Compliance, and drive on-time production in line with DCC rules. Strong leadership and METRC experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ and eligible for Ohio DCC credentials.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in regulated manufacturing.
• Proficient with METRC seed-to-sale tracking.
• Strong knowledge of Ohio DCC regulations and 1301:18.
• Able to pass required background checks.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee post-harvest activities: drying, curing, trimming, packaging.
• Set daily/weekly production targets for dry room and packaging.
• Monitor environmental conditions in drying and curing areas.
• Ensure accurate weighing, labeling, sealing per packaging rules.
• Coordinate harvest handoffs and METRC accuracy.
• Manage vault transfers and readiness for distribution with compliance.
• Lead and train Dry Room Leads, Technicians and Packaging staff.
• Maintain staffing schedules and conduct meetings.
• Coordinate with HR for performance issues.
• Maintain METRC entries and prepare for audits.
