Job summary

District Cannabis LLC. seeks a Packaging & Processing Department Head to oversee production execution, MCA compliance, and inventory control from harvesting through outbound delivery. You will lead a high-performing team, enforce safety standards, and ensure quality at every step.

Requirements include 5 years of management experience, 3 years in post-harvest operations, METRC/ERP experience, and a high school diploma or GED. On-site 5 days a week with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Pass a Federal and State criminal history background check.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of three (5) years of management experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of industry experience, preferably leadership in post harvest operations.
• At least one (2) years of METRC and ERP system experience.
• At least two (2) years of data entry experience.
• Excellent leadership skills with integrity and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee harvesting, bucking, drying, and curing to SOPs and MCA standards.
• Ensure packaging and labeling meet MCA requirements.
• Maintain METRC inventory accuracy and regular counts.
• Oversee outbound delivery and chain of custody.
• Lead a high-performing team and foster collaboration and performance.
