Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership in a collaborative manufacturing environment.
• Experience reducing losses and improving performance in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety practices and culture on the manufacturing floor.
• Troubleshoot and solve on-the-floor issues to build capability.
• Develop and own loss-elimination tasks to improve reliability.
• Drive data-informed decisions via performance metrics and systems.
• Back up platform teams and support continuous improvement.
