Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Packaging Engineering, or related field.
5+ years in an industrial engineering role with flexographic printing and blown film experience.
CAD software proficiency and lean manufacturing understanding.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and project management abilities.

Responsibilities
