The ideal candidate has 5+ years in industrial engineering, CAD proficiency, and a solid grasp of lean manufacturing, with strong analytical and project management skills to drive quality and efficiency across packaging

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Packaging Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in an industrial engineering role with flexographic printing and blown film experience.
• CAD software proficiency and lean manufacturing understanding.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
